Steve bring to his clients experience and expertise developed over 35 years in business management and Real Estate investing. As a 28 year resident of Honolulu, Steve has thrived in every scenario of the Real Estate market cycles. His philosophy is that he would not buy or sell anything that he and his family are not willing to live in today, whether it be his primary residence or investment property. There are some things that only experience can teach: how to negotiate the best deal, spending one third less than what your lender will qualify you for, how to make Buyers and Sellers both win in the transaction, monitoring transactions so that they proceed quickly and smoothly and finally making recommendations to mange your property in your absence.
Steve holds numerous Real Estate designations and thoroughly believes that ongoing education in the industry brings rewards to his clients. He has also been Aloha Aina nominee for 6 continuous years. He received his broker's license in 2008. Steve is among the top 4% of realtors in the nation.
Also known to residents and other realtors as, "Waikiki Steve," he brings a particular expertise in Waikiki resort and life style opportunities. His field covers investment, property management, retirement and second home situations for his clients. He prides himself in finding properties that cash flow from closing in Waikiki. He has had hands-on family experience as primary care provider for aging parents in Waikiki. He frequently assists investors who buy now for future retirement goals. And finally, he has a knack for finding the ideal second home in Waikiki whether it be $100,000 or 1,000,000.
